After pounding my head against the Barnes & Noble wall for far too long, the links in the booklist have been fixed. The links now take you to the page on BarnesandNoble.com where one can purchase the book. If you haven’t looked at the booklist for a while, take a look around. There are some real gems there.
By now you have seen many post on many blogs about New Year’s resolutions. I’ve never been a fan of resolutions — part of the point of making resolutions seems to be breaking them in mid-February. Instead, I have a list of goals I want to achieve during 2010. Here are some of them that apply to either the website or my real estate career;

In a bit of long overdue maintenance, the booklist has been updated. There are some great real estate books there, so go take a look.

As you can see, Bull City Real Estate has a new look! The recent server move revealed all the problems that had crept into the old website, so we decided to redo everything from scratch. We certainly hope you find the new look easier on the eyes, and more useful to boot.
There are still some areas that need to be fleshed out. In particular, the posts from the old site didn’t make it over, so I’m reentering them manually over the next few days. That links section looks pretty thin too.
