		<description>Sadly,you may well be right. Getting those plans to where they are now has been a minor miracle and if this falls through the neighborhood will be stuck in limbo for a long time -- especially given the fuss over 751 South.

		<description>I can tell you what may happen to the Wal-mart in Kentington Heights...  It&#039;s almost dead.  The city will price the developer out of the market with what they think needs to be done and spent to meet their requirements for new traffic.  I feel for the people who live in this development.  If this deal goes down in flames (which looks like it might) no one will try to develop this for a long time.  The developer has done an almost impossible job bringing this deal to the stage it&#039;s in.  Getting all necessary residents to agree to the price each will receive and still make it a viable project was almost a miracle!

What is Durham going to do for the development after it fails?  City annexation and city sewer and water?  Not likely.  Bad water and septic will continue tell the homes rot.</description>
