The layout in this home is pretty standard. There is a hallway that runs from the front door all the way  through the house. On the right there is [from front to back] the living room, the dining room and the kitchen [with the pantry attached]. One the left side there is the Master Bedroom [with a regular-sized closet], Bedroom 2 [with a small closet] and Bedroom 3 [with no closet -- it really shouldn't be called a bedroom].

The house has new carpet and paint and is generally in good shape. I didn’t see anything major that would appear to need fixing. It does look like there has been some settling over the years, which is something I would talk to the home inspector about what the time comes.
